Coaching retreat with a 24-hour solo in nature from July 5 to 10, 2026 in the Gantrisch Nature Park, Switzerland
Completely unthread once. We leave everyday life behind in summer. You hand in your pending tasks, roles and ambitions at the checkroom and lead a simple life. You look at the map of your life and recognize where you are right now. You take your place at the center of your universe and spend 24 hours "solo" in nature.

Sunday, July 5 through Friday, July 10, 2026 (6 days). We start at 10 a.m. on the first day and finish at 3 p.m. on the last day.

On the Alp in the Gantrisch Nature Park in the Swiss mountains approx. 1 hour by public transport from Bern, Switzerland

INNEHALTEN is suitable for people who like to move mindfully in nature and want to learn and grow in dialog with the natural environment.
INNEHALTEN is suitable for people who want to take a deeper look at their being and their actions and take responsibility for them.
The accommodation on the alp is very simple and suitable to experience a return to wild life (cooking on the fire, outhouse, washing at the well, sleeping outside or in the common room).
A stable mental state is a prerequisite for INNEHALTEN.
