Self-Leadership Retreat

We lay the foundation. You take time and space for an important professional or private issue. We create inner strength and outer clarity for your next steps.

Together we will determine the focus and dates for your individual retreat. You book a room at the Hotel Arnica Scuol for a few days. Your daily schedule consists of self-leadership coaching times, breathwork and, depending on your preference, nature time, yoga and body massages. Rest and relaxation allow you to take the essential step on the path that now lies ahead of you.

  • Together we will determine the focus of your retreat in preparation and put together a plan for the day that suits you. This includes personal coaching sessions and breathwork. You decide how much free time you would like and whether you would like to include yoga, massages, wellness or nature time.

    You can come alone or with friends or work colleagues.

  • In coaching, we work with body-based approaches (mindfulness, breathing, voice). The self-leadership coaching methods strengthen your inner ground for your outer actions. You discover and anchor yourself awake and clear in your body presence. Your inner fire shows you the direction. You create your unique path by actually walking it - for the benefit of all.

  • We will determine the dates together. You need to plan at least 2 nights for your individual retreat.

  • At the Hotel Arnica in Scuol in the Lower Engadine.

  • After making an appointment with me, you book your room according to your preferences at the Hotel Arnica Scuol. You can find the costs for accommodation, breakfast and dinner directly on the hotel's website. You can also book massages and yoga directly through the hotel.

  • First, we'll talk by phone or ZOOM and determine the focus of your time out and the dates.

    Before your time out, there will be preparatory tasks tailored to your topic and a follow-up with me after your retreat.
