Coaching workshop with breathwork and mantra chanting from January 2 to 4, 2026. We close the old year in a conciliatory way and give the new one a clear direction. In Bern and on ZOOM.

The most important teacher on our path is our own life. The turn of the year is a very natural ritual and offers a wonderful opportunity to learn from the past and consciously align ourselves with the new. We nourish our inner fire and give the new year a clear direction through wise action.

• When

  From January 2 to 4, 2026 in the morning from 9 am to 1 pm. You have the afternoon and evening at your leisure.

• What

  The program of the workshop looks like this:

  • Day 1: Reconciled heart: We look back on the past year of life. What has the past year taught me? What has nourished and challenged me? Is there anything unreconciled in my heart that can find peace? We let go and release strength for the new year.

  • Day 2: Inner fire: We look to the future. What is really important to me in the new year? What is my inner fire burning for? What do I (not) dare to dream? We invite our heart's desires and start the new year with a journey to our inner strength.

  • Day 3: Smart action: We get down to business. Because the path is not created by thinking, but by acting. What is there to do in concrete terms? What does my inner fire invite me to do? What should I leave behind?

  We do simple body, breathing and voice exercises and a guided Breathwork Journey. The coaching process provides the framework for the workshop topic, offers guided exercises and meditations, as well as time for personal reflection. By chanting mantras, we come into deep resonance with what we have experienced and what we hope for.

• Who

  This workshop is organized by Sibylle Stamm will lead this workshop. She is a Conscious Leadership Coach, Breathwork Facilitator and co-founder of Kirtan Bern.

• Prerequisites

  No previous knowledge is required to take part in this workshop. Spiritual beliefs are not required. You do not need to be able to sing.

• Costs

  Costs and subsidized places

  Costs for the three-day "on-land" workshop in Bern: CHF 280.

  Cost for the three-day workshop "online" and live on ZOOM: CHF 180. There is no recording to watch later, participation is only possible live.

  There are subsidized places for this workshop for people living on a budget. Please make a note when registering if you would like to take advantage of this.

  Registrations will be considered and confirmed in the order in which they are received and the course fees have been paid .

  Cancellation conditions

  Until December 12, 2025 you will be refunded the full workshop costs minus CHF 50 processing fee.

  From December 13, 2025: There are no refunds. You will be charged the full cost of the workshop if you cancel or partially / completely fail to attend.

  It is recommended that you get a annullation insurance.
