In this guided breathwork session, you will go on an inner journey with targeted breathing techniques. You will gather your mind, process emotions and experience a deeper connection to your body. From an altered state of consciousness, insight and clarity for your next steps come effortlessly.

• What

  We start with simple mindfulness and relaxation exercises for breath, body and mind.

  With the help of a guided exercise, you formulate an intention or question for the upcoming Breathwork session relevant to your current life situation.

  The core of the Breathwork session is about 30 minutes of conscious, active breathing through the mouth. You are in control at all times and can regulate the intensity of the effects in the body yourself. We practice breath holds at regular intervals to regenerate the body and to create a new balance in the nervous system. The breathwork session is supported by rhythmical music.

  The Breathwork session concludes with breathing exercises for relaxation and regeneration.

  Many people experience deeper states of consciousness with Breathwork. The altered breathing patterns create physiological effects. The induced tension and relaxation in the body invites new perspectives for the mind.

• Where

  This Breathwork class takes place in the lower old town in the svarupa cave at Postgasse 44 in 3011 Bern takes place.

• Prerequisites

  Breathwork is safe for healthy people.

  If you suffer from a bleeding disorder, heart disease, diabetes, blood circulation problems, asthma, cancer/malignancy or bone disease, the Breathwork techniques must be adapted to meet your needs. The same applies in the case of pregnancy. Please inform me of any pre-existing conditions at the beginning of the session so that the Breathwork session can be designed safely for you.

• Costs

  A Breathwork session costs CHF 50.

  Your registration is binding. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the Breathwork session. After that, the full costs will be charged to you. There are no refunds for full or partial absence from the booked Breathwork session.
